Tax Rebate on HRA: वेतन पाने वाले व्यक्ति जो किराये के घर में रहते हैं वे अपने टैक्स के बोझ को House Rent Allowance (HRA) के जरिये कम कर सकते हैं। दरअसल, किराये के घर की रेन्ट स्लिप जमा करने पर आपके वेतन पर मिलने वाले HRA टैक्स पर छूट मिलती है। आप HRA का लाभ पूरे तरीके से या partially ले सकते हैं। हालांकि, जो किराये के घर मे नहीं रहते उन्हे मिलने वाले HRA पर टैक्स लगता है। HRA पर टैक्स छूट पाने के लिए मकान मालिक का पैन भी देना होता है और अगर उसके पास पैन न हो तो तब आप क्या करेंगे।

अगर मकान मालिक के पास नहीं है पैन कार्ड

31 दिसंबर है ITR फाइल करने की आखिरी तारीख

इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न दाख‍िल करने की आखिरी तारीख 31 दि‍संबर 2021 है। डिपार्टमेंट ने स‍ितंबर में ट्वीट करके जानकारी दी थी कि तारीख को बढ़ाकर 31 दिसंबर कर दिया गया है। पहले यह तारीख 30 सितंबर 2021 थी। इनकम टैक्स पोर्टल पर फाइलिंग में आ रही दिक्कतों के बाद यह फैसला लिया गया था।

दुनिया की सबसे पुरानी और लोकप्रिय क्रिप्टोकरेंसी बिटकॉइन (Bitcoin) के लिए यह हफ्ता काफी खराब गुजरा है। Bitcoin की कीमतों में लंबे समय तक चली तेजी के बाद मुनाफावसूली शुरू होने और जापान के एक धराशायी हो चुके क्रिप्टो-एक्सचेंज के पेमेंट से जुडे़ एक मुकदमे के चलते इसकी कीमतों काफी गिरावट आई है।

शुक्रवार को Bitcoin करीब 1.6 पर्सेंट गिरकर 55,980 डॉलर के भाव पर कारोबार कर रहा था। यह पिछले डेढ़ महीने में उसकी सबसे निचली कीमत है। वहीं पिछले हफ्ते के रिकॉर्ड हाई से यह करीब 20 पर्सेंट नीचे है।

सिंगापुर के एक क्रिप्टो-एसेट मैनेजर ने बताया, “पूरे हफ्ते बिकवाली को लेकर काफी दबाव रहा।” साथ ही उन्होंने आने वाले दिनों में इसमें और गिरावट आने की उम्मीद जताई और कहा कि यह करीब 53,000 डॉलर के भाव पर जाकर स्थिर हो सकता है।

सिर्फ इस हफ्ते में बिटकॉइन की कीमत 14 पर्सेंट घटी है। हालांकि अगर पूरे साल की बात करें तो बिटकॉइन की कीमत इस साल करीब 90 पर्सेंट बढ़ी है।

एक जानकार ने बताया कि मुनाफावसूली के अलावा टोक्यो की एक अदालत में चल रहे मुकदमे से भी बिटकॉइन पर दबाव बढ़ा है। यह मुकदमा जापान के एक क्रिप्टो-एक्सचेंज एमटी गॉक्स (Mt Gox) से जुड़ा है, जो 2014 में अपने प्लेटफॉर्म से करीब 5 0 करोड़ डॉलर के बिटकॉइन चोरी होने के बाद बंद हो गई। बंद होने के समय तक यह दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा क्रिप्टो-एक्सचेंज था और बिटकॉइन से जुड़ी करीब 70 पर्सेंट ट्रेडिंग इसी प्लेटफॉर्म से होती थी।

एक्सपर्ट ने बताया, “बिटकॉइन चोरी होने और एक्सचेंज बंद होने से जिन लोगों को घाटा हुआ, टोक्यो की कोर्ट उन्हें मुआवजा देने पर विचार कर रही है। मुआवजे के रूप में बिटकॉइन की भारी भरकम राशि मिल सकती है।”

उन्होंने आगे कहा, “अगर वे सभी लोग मुआवजा मिलते ही अपने बिटकॉइन बेच देते हैं, तो मार्केट में एक बड़ी हलचल पैदा हो सकती है। ऐसे में बिटकॉइन को लेकर अभी नेगेटिव सेंटीमेंट बना हुआ है।”
